PPraefy
Praefy is a Barcelona-based proptech company that sells all-in-one cloud software (B2B SaaS) to real estate agencies and agents. Its platform syncs property listings with the main Spanish property portals, such as Idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia and Milanuncios. It also covers client relationship management, daily task management, property valuations, and an agency website that updates in real time from the property portfolio. Agencies pay a subscription after a free trial, and the company says more than 2,500 agencies use the product. Praefy was founded in 2022 by Javier Pérez García (ex-Holded, ex-PromoFarma) and José Vicente Cárcel (ex-Factorial) and went through the Lanzadera accelerator. In 2023 it raised a €120,000 pre-seed round from private investors, with financing from ENISA.
