HWK TechInvestment is a Madrid-based, CNMV-regulated technology investment firm founded by former tech operators, led by Juan Santamaría (ex-CEO of Panda Security). It runs two vehicles: a venture capital arm investing €1–3M tickets at Seed and Series A into B2B software in cybersecurity, applied AI/ML and observability across Iberia, Europe and the US; and the Isatis Investment – Technology fund, a listed-equities strategy focused on tech companies with market caps above $1B. Its 2025 vintage VC portfolio includes Onum, TuringDream, Xygeni, Qbeast, Vidext, Adaion, Arexdata and icloudCompliance, and the team's prior track record includes Panda, Devo, Kiuwan and Altitude. It has a combined €65M fundraising target across its two SCR vehicles.
