Lodgerin is a Madrid-based proptech that runs a digital platform for mid-term rentals of one to twelve months. It connects universities, companies and individual tenants with property owners and housing providers, and handles bookings, contracts, payments and documentation. The platform has three parts: Arrento, software that property owners use to manage and market their units; Abroad, a platform for organisations running international mobility and relocation programmes; and Arribo, an app that lets tenants reach owners and get support. The company says it has more than 90,000 rental units across 12 cities, including Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon and Milan, and it opened in Dubai and in the United States, with a commercial office in Miami, in 2024. Lodgerin went through Lanzadera's accelerator programme and in late 2023 closed a €400,000 round from private investors in real estate, technology and corporate sectors, alongside a €300,000 ENISA loan.
