Kanguro is a Barcelona-based last-mile logistics company that runs an out-of-home (OOH) delivery network. Parcels are sent to convenience points, mostly small local shops, and to lockers, where customers pick them up instead of waiting at home. Its AI agents build the network and route orders to it, and carriers get software to track and manage parcels. Carriers using the network include Amazon, UPS, GLS, MRW, Paack and On-Time. The network has around 5,000 convenience points across Spain, operates in Spain and Portugal, and is expanding into France and Germany. Kanguro was founded in 2021 by Xavi Valverde, César Valencia and Iván Lorca. It raised a €1.2M first round in 2022, then a €2M seed round in January 2025 with Suma Capital, SEGO Finance and ONA Capital.
