FFixtoe
Fixtoe is an Alicante-based medtech company that designs and develops patented biomechanical devices for treating foot and ankle conditions. Its products include Fixtoe Pro, for the conservative treatment of lesser-toe deformities and metatarsalgia, and Fixtoe Qx, a post-surgical stabiliser for hallux valgus and the lesser toes. It also sells a sports and occupational sock line under the Podoks brand and runs online clinical training for podiatry professionals. Founded in 2018 by podiatrists David Lucas and Fran Monzó, the company holds six patents, sells in more than 30 countries including the US, Australia and the UK, and reported €400,000 in revenue in 2023. It went through the Lanzadera accelerator and raised a €500,000 seed round on the Capital Cell equity crowdfunding platform, led by Innoventures Capital and backed by Vincle Capital.
