HHousers
Crowpire, formerly Housers, is a Madrid-based real estate crowdfunding and crowdlending platform. Retail and professional investors use it to fund Spanish real estate projects, mostly loans backed by mortgage guarantees, starting from small amounts. The company holds a Participatory Financing Services Platform (PSFP) licence and is supervised by Spain's CNMV. It has financed 456 projects and channelled nearly €150 million into real estate, of which more than €72 million has been returned to investors, and it has around 10,000 investors with active wallets. Álvaro Luna and Tono Brusola founded it in Madrid in 2015 as Housers, and in 2017 it ran a €1 million equity crowdfunding round. In February 2026 it rebranded as Crowpire under CEO Juan Guruceta, who also leads the payments fintech Divilo. With that change it raised €4 million from new investors, bringing its total capital raised to about €15 million.
