51Trips is a Barcelona-based traveltech company that helps travellers and travel agencies capture, organise and keep trip memories. Its collaborative mobile app lets groups tell the story of a trip in real time, adding photos, descriptions and daily details, and turns it into the Trip Book, a personalised printed or digital album with itineraries and maps. It also sells travel notebooks, posters and games. Its B2B offering works with travel agencies such as Avasa, Team Group, Zafiro Tours and Taiko, helping them keep customers and win new ones. Roger Planas and Armand Dalmau founded the company in Barcelona. It launched in April 2020 as an online shop selling travel notebooks and released its app in 2022. Its early funding came from business angels: a first round of about €120,000 in December 2020 and a second of about €105,000 three months later. It then raised €382,500 from 103 investors through equity crowdfunding on SociosInversores.com, and later a third round of €642,650 led by business angels.
