Enerside Energy is a Barcelona-based, vertically integrated solar photovoltaic platform. It develops, builds (EPC) and operates (O&M) renewable energy projects in Europe and Latin America, and is growing its own portfolio of assets to become an independent power producer (IPP). The company has delivered more than 5.5 GW of solar PV generation projects. It holds a 4.8 GW photovoltaic pipeline across Spain, Italy, Chile and Brazil, plus 13.2 GWh of agrivoltaic and battery storage projects, and runs its own operating plants in Chile. Joatham Grange founded Enerside in 2007. The company listed on BME Growth in March 2022, raising about €35 million at a valuation of around €204 million. It later raised further capital in 2024 and 2025 from investors including Laurion and Alternative Green Energy, alongside international funds and Spanish family offices.
