Legal Pigeon is a Barcelona-based legaltech company that provides operational infrastructure for law firms. It runs a B2B platform that connects firms with a network of more than 4,500 vetted lawyers and procuradores, who cover court hearings in all 431 judicial districts in Spain. Its services include hearing substitution (Pigeon a la Vista), flexible team reinforcement (Pigeon On Board) and certified online mediation. The company says it serves more than 1,500 law firms and has completed over 120,000 assignments. Brother and sister Oriol and Maria Miralbell founded the company in 2019. In January 2021 it raised a €200,000 seed round for 13% of the company, with investment from Cabiedes & Partners and Jurisweb Interactiva (Derecho.com).
