Health Force builds pre-trained AI agents for hospital operations. The agents log into a hospital's existing systems and carry out administrative work end-to-end under human supervision, including prior-authorisation checks, claims and billing, and regulatory and quality reporting, with clinical trial operations in beta. They need no system integrations and deploy in about six weeks. Customers are European hospital groups, including Ospedale Galeazzi, Humanitas Research Hospital and ULS de Coimbra, and the agents handle the work behind more than 200,000 patient cases a year. The company was founded in Vienna in 2022 by Fadi Haddad and Dr Juan Suárez and is now based in Barcelona, with an operational hub in Milan. After a pre-seed round backed by Target Global, it raised a €4.2M seed round in September 2026 led by LUMO Labs, with Step Venture, Next Tier Ventures, Target Global and Calm/Storm taking part.
