StageInHome

StageInHome is a Barcelona-based proptech company that built an AI platform for virtual home staging. Real estate professionals and homeowners upload photos or floor plans of a property, pick a decoration style, and get furnished design proposals within seconds, at a fraction of the cost of physical staging. The service was sold pay-per-use and by subscription, and more than 5,000 real estate professionals used it. The company was founded in 2020 inside the Napptilus Tech Labs venture builder, won the 3rd Esade & Idealista Real Estate Challenge, and raised a €280,000 first round from ten private investors. In July 2026, Commercial Court No. 7 of Barcelona declared it insolvent.
