HandCash is a digital payments company that runs a non-custodial mobile wallet and a marketplace for trading digital items, used by consumers, app and game developers, and businesses. The wallet stores, sends and receives Bitcoin SV (BSV) and stablecoin tokens. Its developer tools, including the HandCash Connect SDK, an API and a business dashboard, let apps and games take micropayments and issue digital items. The company was co-founded in Spain in 2017 by Alex Agut and Rafa Jiménez Seibane and operates through HandCash AG. In 2018 nChain acquired a majority stake. In June 2020 HandCash raised a seed round from Two Hop Ventures, Unbounded Capital and entrepreneur Calvin Ayre.
