Booh!

Booh! Food is a Málaga-based operator of shared professional kitchens for delivery and takeaway restaurant brands. It runs 'bright kitchens': semi-equipped kitchen spaces, many of them in shopping centres, that come with a shared activity licence, included supplies and shared operations management. Brands sell through Glovo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo as well as Booh!'s own ordering platform, and the company also launches its own virtual brands. It describes itself as the largest independent shared-kitchen network in southern Europe, with 27 kitchens across Málaga, Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia and an expansion into Turin, Italy, in 2025. The company was founded in Málaga in 2018 by Tomás Alegre, Daniel Bueno and Angelo Di Placido and came out of the Demium incubator. It raised €500k in 2020 from Innventuur Partners and angel investor Andreas Mihalovits, then closed a second round of about €1.2M later that year. In 2022 it agreed financing of up to €10M with Lift Asset Management, and in 2023 the real-estate company Castellana Properties committed up to €3M and became its main investor.
