InnoCells
InnoCells is the Barcelona-based corporate venture arm and digital business hub of Banco Sabadell, founded in 2017. It built digital ventures of its own and took minority stakes, mainly at Series A, in B2B and B2B2C fintech companies across data-driven and platform banking, on-demand banking, cybersecurity, alternative data and insurtech. It invested in Europe, Israel and Mexico, with typical tickets of €0.5–3M. Its portfolio includes Nemuru, Active.Ai, Nomo and UnDosTres. It acquired the online consumer-finance platform Instant Credit, backed the Antai Venture Builder and committed $10M as a limited partner in the US fund Base10. In 2023 its activity was folded into Sabadell Digital.
