BBeloq
Beloq is a Valencia-based start-up that designs and runs smart, secure parking stations for bicycles and e-scooters for cities, universities and companies. Its stainless-steel modules use IoT smart locks, their own 4G connection and battery power with optional solar, so they need no civil works and no connection to the electricity grid. Users book and unlock a space through a free mobile app, and operators manage the stations from a cloud dashboard that turns each space into a source of usage data. Beloq sells the parking as a managed service rather than selling the equipment, with a B2B2C model aimed at smart cities and sustainable mobility. CEO Jesús Gracia came up with the idea while studying mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Beloq Movilidad SL started trading in December 2025 and has pilots running at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
