SmartVan AI is an Alcoy-based company that builds artificial intelligence for the camper, motorhome and caravan sector. Its assistant is trained on sector knowledge and on each vehicle's own systems. It gives travellers personalised technical support on electrics, water, heating, mechanics and maintenance through WhatsApp or a web app. For rental companies, dealers, workshops and campervan converters, it automates customer service, sales, bookings and after-sales support. The company was founded by computer engineer Mariola Martínez Serrano and won first prize in the Technological Innovation category of the XI START UPV competition at the Universitat Politècnica de València's Alcoy campus.
