MMential
Mential is a Madrid-based health technology company that builds a clinical and behavioural intelligence platform to predict patient dropout and improve treatment adherence in long-term care journeys, with a particular focus on fertility and women's health. Its FHIR-native platform turns multimodal patient data into standardised clinical and behavioural markers (FHIR R4, SNOMED CT, LOINC), supporting early detection of emotional deterioration and the generation of real-world evidence. It serves fertility clinics, pharmaceutical companies and CROs, digital health providers and insurers. The company started as a digital therapeutics service for women's mental health and has evaluated more than 54,000 women. It was founded in Madrid in 2023 by CEO Nati Chichón and is funded by business angels, with support from EIT Health, EIT Digital, Google for Startups, ENISA and the Comunidad de Madrid.
