Blue Route (Blue Route Technologies for Neurodevelopment) is a Barcelona-based digital health company developing AI-powered tools for early screening, diagnosis and personalised digital therapy of neurodevelopmental disorders, with a primary focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. Its platform, La Ruta Azul, combines guided screening for families, AI analysis of behaviour from video and adaptive digital therapy. It is built to European medical device and data protection rules and sold under a hybrid B2C and B2B model, with an initial assessment at about €300 and a therapy subscription at €100 per month. The project began in 2024 when it won the AI & mHealth Challenge run by GooApps and GooVentures, and it reached more than 8,000 users during its validation phase. It has raised over €400,000 at pre-seed stage, split between private investment through the GooVentures venture studio and public funding that includes a Plan Investigo Asturias research grant.
