FlexiDrop

flexidrop.es ↗ ·Gijón ·Pre-seed

FlexiDrop is a Gijón-based shared-mobility start-up whose app lets people share car rides on everyday trips and send parcels between cities on the same routes, so drivers, passengers and businesses split the cost of journeys already being made. Users verify their identity with their Spanish ID (DNI). Drivers recover 85% of the shared trip cost and FlexiDrop keeps a 15% commission. The app is on iOS and Android, and the company also offers employee-commuting arrangements to businesses. Operated by FlexiDrop Technologies S.L., which was incorporated in Gijón in February 2026, it launched officially in Asturias in July 2026 with around a hundred beta users and has added freight, commerce and AI-automation divisions. It is certified as an emerging company by ENISA and has received public entrepreneurship support from the Government of Asturias (Cheque Emprendedor) and Gijón Impulsa.
