NeumaCare is a healthtech start-up based in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant (Tarragona) that builds ambient sensory systems that use adaptive light, sound and aroma to make hospital stays and homes calmer and healthier, supporting circadian rhythm, sleep quality and stress reduction as a non-pharmacological, non-invasive therapy. Its NeumaPod devices are sold in two product lines: NC-Healthcare, with patient-room profiles compatible with clinical protocols, and NC-Home for residential use. A sensing layer, NeumaSense, is in development. NeumaCare was founded in 2025 by David Sevilla. It completed its first hardware proof of concept in April 2026 and ran its first real-world usability tests at Althaia Hospital in Manresa in June 2026. The company has received support from the Tarragona Chamber of Commerce and the Diputació de Tarragona. It won Best Business Project at Emprèn Dipta 2025, was named best start-up of 2025 by Catalonia's Primer Program, and was a Top 10 finalist at the 9th CAT SUD Investment Forum.
