Plenit — known as Jotelulu until its 2026 rebrand — is a Madrid-based cloud and IT operating platform sold exclusively through the IT channel: MSPs, VARs and IT resellers use it to deliver white-label cloud servers, remote desktop, storage, backup/disaster recovery, endpoint management and software licensing to their SME customers under their own brand and pricing. Founded by David Amorín and running its own data centre infrastructure in Madrid (ENS Nivel Alto, ISO 27001, 99.99% contractual SLA), it works with over 1,000 IT partners across Spain, Portugal and France and is expanding into Latin America and Mexico. It has raised roughly €12M in total, including a €4M Series A led by Adara Ventures (2023) and a €6.8M round led by Kibo Ventures (December 2024); it now employs more than 100 people.
