Yumminn

Yumminn was a Barcelona-based restaurant payments and ordering startup founded in 2021, offering a no-download web app where diners scan a QR code at the table to view the bill, split it, tip, pay (card, Bizum, Apple/Google Pay) and leave a Google review, integrated with the restaurant's POS. Its product suite included Yumminn Pay, Order & Pay, Loyalty and Review, and it claimed 400+ restaurant clients in Spain after raising a €1.4M seed round in November 2022 led by Oryon Universal and Antai Venture Builder. Barcelona Commercial Court No. 11 declared it insolvent and ordered liquidation on 4 July 2025 after three consecutive loss-making years.
