Restb.ai
Restb.ai is a Barcelona-founded computer vision and AI company that analyzes real estate imagery, extracting 1,000+ data points per property from photos to power listing enrichment, property condition scoring, valuation and MLS compliance tools; it says it processes over 2 billion images per month and serves more than 1 million agents. Founded in 2015 by University of Barcelona computer science students, it raised a ~€1.2M seed round in 2017 plus a €1.7M EU Horizon 2020 grant, and was a 2025 HousingWire Tech100 winner. Restb.ai was acquired by US valuation firm Clear Capital on 12 May 2026, so it is no longer an independent startup.
