nTeaser operates a digital marketplace for renewable energy and digital infrastructure M&A, connecting project developers with investors to buy and sell solar PV, wind, battery storage, hydro, green hydrogen, biogas and data centre projects without intermediaries. Founded in Madrid in 2022, it is an early-stage (pre-seed/seed) energy-transition marketplace backed by Spanish VCs and the SeedRocket accelerator, monetising via a ~1% success fee on closed deals. The platform claims 15-20 GW of listed capacity, 500+ published projects and 3,000-4,000 registered investor companies across Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Germany, the UK and Romania.
