PandaGo (legal entity Panda Motos S.L.) is a Madrid-based B2B electric-vehicle renting marketplace and fleet-management platform, positioning itself as Europe's first 'Fleet-as-a-Service' offering for last-mile delivery: flexible rental of electric motorcycles, cargo bikes and vans, combined with proprietary SaaS software for operating multi-vehicle, multi-supplier fleets and a managed-service layer. Customers include delivery operators such as Glovo and Revoolt, plus thousands of independent riders, and the company has channelled MOVES Flotas II/III public grants (NextGenerationEU) into multi-million-euro EV fleet investments. It raised a €4.7M round in September 2022 led by Kibo Ventures and has been recognised in CaixaBank's Premios EmprendeXXI.
