Roomli is a Madrid-based proptech venture that lets young people buy an individual room in a shared flat instead of renting, acquiring a fraction of the property through the Spanish 'proindiviso' co-ownership structure with financing of up to 100%, plus property management and bundled services (cleaning, meals, utilities). Buyers pay monthly toward ownership and can resell the room later to recover capital; the site advertises over 100 rooms sold, with listings in Fuenlabrada (Madrid) and Valencia. It was built and is operated by Byld, the Spanish corporate venture builder (legal notice names Byld Startups, S.L., CIF B87817904, C/ Julio López 6, 28002 Madrid), launched in 2025 under Byld's in-house 'Genesis' program and still flagged as in the 'Building' phase.
