Atten2 develops patented optical sensors (OilWear®, OilHealth®, OilMoisture) for real-time, online condition monitoring of lubricating oil and critical rotating machinery, enabling predictive maintenance. Founded in 2012 as a spin-off of the Basque research center Tekniker, it serves energy, wind, mining, oil & gas, automotive and industrial customers from its HQ in Eibar, Spain. It was founded by a group of entrepreneurs from the Tekniker-IK4 technology center.
