Be Mate, the tourist and corporate apartment operator founded by Kike Sarasola, raised €11.5M in a round led by Barlon Capital III SCR, with Mexican family office investor Alex García and Javier Rubió also participating; the three became majority shareholders, replacing Room Mate. The capital funds new buildings in Málaga and Turin.
