Hoop Carpool raised €1.2M (reported as roughly $1.3M in Latin American press) led by impact manager Ship2B Ventures through its BSocial Impact Fund, backed by Banco Sabadell, the EIF and AXIS, with 4Founders Capital described by several outlets as co-leading, plus Lanai Partners and a group of business angels. Funds went to consolidating its corporate carpooling business in Spain and Portugal and expanding into Mexico and Colombia; separately, in April 2024 Mango StartUp Studio backed the company with an undisclosed convertible participatory loan on entering its accelerator, which was not announced as a funding round.
