Sofía raised $13.5M in a round led by Kfund — the Spanish fund's first deal in Mexico and third in Latin America — with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, Kaszek and IDB Lab, to expand into SMEs, build integrated care offerings and add AI to medical care and telemedicine. Press put total funding at about $37.5M after the round; neither Sofía nor its counsel disclosed a series letter (Tracxn files it as a second Series A, other trackers as Series B), and the same investor consortium later announced a $21M round in May 2026.
