Sateliot — Series C · €100M

Sateliot announced the opening of a €100M Series C to fund 16 additional Gen-2 satellites and a 5G New Radio demonstration, structured primarily as equity with a possible debt component and up to 50% public co-financing (press coverage framed it as a €116M public/private package). NOTE: this is an announced/open round, not a closed one — no lead or investors had been named at announcement, the company expected to close it in summer 2026, and Bloomberg reported on 2026-07-17 that Sateliot was looking to raise the target to as much as €150M to add direct-to-smartphone service.
