Sateliot is a Barcelona-based New Space operator building a low Earth orbit constellation of 5G NB-IoT nanosatellites that act as cell towers from space, letting standard cellular IoT devices connect globally without hardware modifications under the 3GPP standard. Founded in 2018, it has launched six satellites, signed roaming and distribution deals with operators including Telefónica, Deutsche Telekom and Vivo, and reports over 400 customers in 60 countries with precontracts valued at around €270 million. After a €70M Series B closed in March 2025 (led by Hyperion Fund, with €30M EIB debt and a €13.8M Spanish state investment), it opened a €100M Series C in April 2026 — later reported as being upsized toward €150M — to fund constellation deployment.
