Sateliot's first funding round: a €1.4M capital increase led by Madrid-based Capitana Venture Partners, which put in €500,000, with the rest from business angels and the company's own executive committee (CEO Jaume Sanpera, CFO José Carrero, CTO Marco Guadalupi, Albert Pujol and Alessandro Cirenei). It followed roughly €1M of initial founder money and was earmarked for developing the first nanosatellites of a planned 100-satellite 5G IoT constellation.
