SEPIDES, the state-owned investment arm of SEPI, invested €1.5M in Barcelona-based 5G IoT nanosatellite operator Sateliot through its Germina Capital SEPI fund, taking a 4.69% stake. No venture stage was given for the deal; Sateliot separately held Indra (9.39%) and Cellnex (3.13%) as industrial shareholders and had obtained €640K in ENISA participative loans.
