Sateliot — Debt · €30M

Sateliot signed a €30M venture debt facility with the European Investment Bank to co-finance its constellation of more than 100 LEO nanosatellites delivering 5G NB-IoT connectivity in areas without coverage. It was the EIB's first venture-style financing in Spain with a satellite communications company, and Spanish press framed the debt as the debt tranche of a wider ~€70M Series B (€40M equity plus €30M debt).
