Sateliot — Series A · €10M

Sateliot completed a €10M ($11.4M) Series A capital increase in two tranches — €6.5M closed at the end of December 2021 and the balance concluded in February 2022 at the SmallSat Symposium — bringing in Indra (~10.5%) and Cellnex (~3.5%) as industrial partners. No lead was stated; Danish satellite software firm GateHouse joined as a strategic partner, with Seraphim Space, EvoNexus, Capitana Venture Partners, minority funds and business angels also participating.
