Worldsensing — Series D · €6M

Worldsensing raised €6 million in a Series D round led by infrastructure-software company Bentley Systems (through its iTwin Ventures arm), with returning investors McRock Capital, ETF Partners and Endra Capital participating. The investment came as part of a strategic agreement under which Worldsensing acquired Bentley's sensemetrics Thread connectivity business to accelerate adoption of infrastructure IoT and digital twins.
