Then trading as Jolt Electrodes / Jolt Green Hydrogen Solutions, the ICIQ spin-off raised €6M led by Climentum Capital with Ship2B Ventures (BSocial Impact Fund) as lead co-investor, Axon Partners Group, two unnamed Catalan family offices and seed investor NET, to build its first electrode production plant and lab in Barcelona. In November 2023 Santander Alternative Investments joined the company's cap table through the Santander InnoEnergy Climate Tech Fund on the back of this round; El Economista later put the total of this financing window at about €7.5M.
