After graduating from The Collider, Mobile World Capital Barcelona's deeptech venture-builder programme, the newly incorporated ICIQ spin-off (then Jolt Green Hydrogen Solutions) closed its first investment round of €450K from an Australian venture capital fund and Chilean business angels to fund industrialisation; later coverage of the Series A names NET as the seed investor. The round was never formally announced - it surfaced in Spanish press at the start of August 2022, so only the month is reliable; at the time the company said it was seeking a further €1.5M before year-end for its first plant.
