Trending Corporate — Other · €3M
Announced 2023-11 · Bollullos de la Mitación · Cosmetics & Consumer Goods
Seville-based fund manager Alter Capital subscribed a minority growth stake of 10% in Trending Corporate for about €3M, investing through Alter Capital Andalucía (a vehicle backed by the Junta de Andalucía) and a second national fund, with investment director Ángel Hernández leading the deal; Alter entered as a temporary growth partner for five to seven years, expecting a 3-5x return. The deal closed in August 2023 and was made public in November 2023; only the month is reliably established. Reported amounts vary by source — Alter Capital and ABC cite €3M, a later 2026 report says €2.9M, and one 2024 round-up says €2M; no venture stage was named, so the round is classified as 'Other'. At the time Trending had grown from €0.5M of revenue in 2017 to roughly €20M expected in 2023, supplying Druni, Clarel and Primor.
