Final €15M tranche that closed the capital reinforcement plan launched in September 2024, bringing the total raised to €71M (below the €100M originally targeted because improved trading cut the cash need); an earlier step in October 2025 had taken the plan to €56M. Led by Greek carrier Aegean Airlines, which contributed roughly €40-47M across the whole plan and moved above a 20% stake (up to ~23% once its participating and convertible loans convert), alongside US fund PAR Capital, management vehicle Alaeo and other existing European shareholders; not labelled as a venture series.
