El Español/Invertia reported a €1.6M capital increase at parent company The Stage Ventures, the fourth of 2026 (the previous three in 2026 together raised about €2M), carried out alongside a merger of the Wow Shop Madrid and Wow Shop Serrano subsidiaries and aimed at funding expansion and attracting new partners. No stage was given and the subscribing investors were not disclosed (CB Insights logs a 17 Jan 2026 angel-type round with Jose Luis del Rio); separately, Wow has had a €20M round open since February 2026 to enter Barcelona and expand online in Europe, which has not been reported as closed and is therefore not listed as a round here.
