WOW Concept is a Madrid-based "phygital" retail company that combines a flagship multi-brand physical store network (Gran Vía 18, an 8-floor 5,500 m² space, plus Serrano 52) with an online marketplace selling fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty and home products from direct-to-consumer and established brands. Founded in 2020 by Dimas Gimeno, former chairman and CEO of El Corte Inglés, it curates emerging and international brands and rents retail space/data services to them rather than operating as a pure wholesaler. It raised roughly €8M in 2021 from FJ Labs, Athos Capital and family offices (about $12.7M total to date), reported ~€25M in 2025 revenue, and in early 2026 launched a ~€20M round to expand into Barcelona and grow its European online business; its CFO departed in March 2026 amid that capital increase and partner search.
