Wow raised €8M in a pre-launch capital increase subscribed by several unnamed family offices together with existing US shareholder FJ Labs and Spanish manager Athos Capital, taking total capital raised before opening to more than €10M and valuing the company at about €22M. FJ Labs and Athos Capital were reported to have taken around 10% jointly and were described as co-leading the round, so no single lead is recorded; the money funded the Gran Via flagship and the marketplace launch.
