Wow opened its capital again in a capital increase that brought in Chilean family office Grupo Inder, the vehicle of businessman Jose Luis del Rio Goudie, with about 10% of the company, while existing shareholder Vertical Partners (the Urrea family, owners of Leonisa) raised its stake from 20% to 25% and founder Dimas Gimeno kept roughly 50%. The amount was not disclosed and the company was valued at about €42M; the increase was registered in BORME in May 2024 in two tranches of €1.47M and €218,643 of nominal capital, and the board was reshaped to seat the new partners. No stage label was used by the company or the Spanish press; the series number here reflects the sequence of its equity rounds.
