Cribdata, a Barcelona-based platform that shows users which companies hold their personal data and lets them monetise it by sharing it anonymously, raised €155K in its first funding round, led by R&D&I financing consultancy FI Group with participation from Bcombinator (the first investment from its second fund). The money funds hiring and expansion into Southern Europe, Latin America (Brazil and Mexico) and the US; Spanish press reported it simply as a 'ronda de financiación' while Crunchbase classifies it as pre-seed and puts the company's total raised at about $190K.
