Bewater Funds led a round of more than €800,000 in PoolComet, invested through its Bewater II FCRE and Bewater PoolComet FCRE vehicles alongside other undisclosed investors; no stage label was used by the sources. Bewater noted PoolComet had reached this point on roughly €0.5M of total prior investment and had multiplied sales 13x in two years, operating in a €/$7.5bn European pool and spa products market growing ~8% a year with no clear online leader. Crunchbase files the same deal as a January 2026 venture round, but the company's investor and Capital-Riesgo announced it on 23 December 2025.
