Bewater Funds is a Spanish asset manager that lets accredited investors buy shares or other illiquid assets of a single unlisted company (or diversified funds of several) through closed-end funds, effectively providing secondary liquidity for shareholders and employees of established Spanish/OECD private companies. Founded in 2018 by the team behind Indexa Capital, it has completed roughly 30 investments in unlisted companies to date.
