Datos 101, a Madrid provider of managed data backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity for SMEs under 100 employees, took €500k from Bewater Funds through the newly created Bewater Datos 101 II FICC vehicle. It was Bewater's second investment in the company and combined a capital increase with a secondary purchase giving the founders partial liquidity, so no venture stage was assigned.
