Okify is a Barcelona-based B2B SaaS platform that centralises and digitises the contracting and management of home and business utilities — electricity, gas, water, internet, home insurance, alarms and moving services — in a single click. It sells mainly to real estate agencies, property managers and rental operators, who offer the service free to their tenants and landlords while gaining control and extra revenue on utility contracts. Founded in 2020 by Xavier Ardanuy and Mikel Sanzol, it reported over €1M in revenue and profitability in 2024, and in March 2025 closed a round of nearly €1M led by Bewater Funds (mixing a capital increase with secondary share purchases); it also has earlier backing from GoHub Ventures and ENISA.
